Welcome to Mudblood 3D. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or downloading our digital files, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. About Mudblood 3D

Mudblood 3D provides and sells 3D-printed physical products, digital 3D-printing files, and related products through our online store.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

  • Use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with or damage the website.
  • Copy, reproduce or misuse our website content without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts.
  • Use our products or services in a way that violates applicable laws.

3. Products and Product Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or lighting conditions.

For 3D-printed products, minor variations, layer lines, surface imperfections and differences resulting from the 3D-printing process may occur. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

4. Digital Products

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • STL files
  • 3MF files
  • Digital 3D-printing files
  • Other downloadable files supplied by Mudblood 3D

Digital products are supplied electronically and are intended for the personal use of the purchaser unless a separate commercial licence is expressly provided.

Digital products are not physical products and no physical item will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product listing.

5. Digital File Licence

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, purchasing a digital file from Mudblood 3D grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own personal 3D printing purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell the digital file.
  • Share, distribute, upload or give the digital file to another person.
  • Upload the file to file-sharing websites, social media, marketplaces or other platforms.
  • Claim the digital file or design as your own.
  • Modify and redistribute the digital file.
  • Use the digital file to create and sell physical products unless the product listing specifically grants commercial rights.
  • Use the digital file for commercial manufacturing without an appropriate commercial licence.

Ownership of the digital design and intellectual property remains with Mudblood 3D or the respective rights holder.

6. Commercial Use

Unless a product listing specifically states that commercial use is permitted, digital files purchased from Mudblood 3D do not include commercial manufacturing or resale rights.

If a commercial licence is available for a particular design, the terms of that licence will be provided separately.

A commercial licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design.

7. Physical Products

Physical products purchased from Mudblood 3D are made using 3D-printing technology.

Because many of our products may be made to order, processing and production times may vary.

Custom or personalised products may have additional production times.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering personalised products, including names, spelling, colours, sizes and other requested details.

Mudblood 3D is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

8. Payments

All orders must be paid in full unless an approved payment plan or other payment arrangement has been agreed to by Mudblood 3D.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where payment has not been successfully received.

Prices displayed on our website may change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for, except where required by law.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital products are generally non-refundable once the digital file has been made available for download, subject to any rights provided under applicable consumer law.
