Digital Products – Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Mudblood 3D.
All digital products sold through our website, including but not limited to STL, 3MF and other downloadable 3D-printing files, are digital products and are delivered electronically.
No Refunds on Digital Files
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital file purchases are final and non-refundable once the order has been completed and the digital files have been made available for download.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Purchasing the wrong file
- Purchasing a file that is no longer wanted
- Lack of experience with 3D printing or slicing software
- Inability to print the file due to the customer's printer, filament, settings, hardware or software
- Failure to check the product description, images, dimensions or compatibility before purchasing
- Files that have already been downloaded

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review the product listing, including:
- File type (STL, 3MF or other stated format)
- Product dimensions
- Included files and parts
- Recommended print settings
- Printer and software compatibility
- Any other specifications provided in the product description
If you are unsure whether a file is suitable for your printer or intended use, please contact us before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Digital Files
We want you to receive a working product.
If you believe a digital file is corrupted, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected or replacement file.
Download Issues
If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where appropriate, resend or restore access to the digital download.
